Dick Whittington arrives in London to seek his fortune, accompanied by his faithful Cat. He’s employed by Alderman Fitzwarren and falls in love with Fitzwarren’s daughter Alice, but falls foul of Queen Rat Imperia, who employs Fester, Mildew and Fungus to discredit Dick. He’s wrongfully accused of theft, but Sarah, Jackie and the Cat manage to prove Dick’s innocence. Dick joins an expedition to the Barbary Coast, where with the cat’s help he finds fame and fortune and wins Alice Fitzwarren’s hand.
