We would like to say a great big thank you to Sally and her team who produced an excellent Christmas dinner for Barn members and their friends. The turkey as succulent, the potatoes were crisp and the drink flowed freely. What more could any one ask?

BRIAN PEDLOW

It is with very great sadness that we report the passing of Brian Pedlow on December 13th. Brian had been fighting cancer for some time and finally lost his battle. Brian was one of life's gentlemen, in all senses of the word, and will be greatly missed - none more so than by his dear wife Liz, to whom the Barn sends its deepest condolences.

SCARLETT MILLS

It is with great joy we announce our newest member, Scarlett, newly delivered daughter to Steve and Vick Mills and a brother for Evan.

Congratulations to all.... and when will she be ready to 'tread the boards' at the Barn?

Barn Keys

We are having a check on all key holders, are you one?

If you hold any keys to the Barn can you please let Eric Jenner know a) the number stamped on the Kaba Key, b) what keys you have for use at the barn.

Eric's e-mail is e.jenner@virginmedia.comor 01293 537914 or see him at the barn

THE SUGAR SYNDROME

By Lucy Prebble (author of Enron)

Directed by Jenna Marie Stannard

‘I like the Internet, I like that way of talking to people. It’s honest. It’s a place where people are free to say anything they like, and most of

what they say is about sex.’

Dani's on a mission. She's 17, skives college, hates her parents and prefers life online. What she's looking for is someone who’s honest and direct. Instead she finds a man twice her age who thinks she's an 11 year old boy.

This is an adult play with disturbing content so is unsuitable for those under 17 years of age.

Tickets are available from 9 January.

Performances are Wednesday 7 March to Saturday 10 March at 8 pm.
