REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY


1.  Booked tickets are not secured until payment has been received.  Any tickets not paid for up to 3 days before the performance will be put back on sale.


2.  Tickets will be held at Box Office for collection on the night, unless paid for & collected prior to the performance.  We will only post tickets back on receipt of a s.a.e.


3.  We will refund/exchange tickets up to two weeks before the performance. If tickets are returned less than two weeks before the show, we will only offer a refund if we are able to re-sell the tickets.


4.  A refund will only be made to the original purchaser of the ticket/s, and, only when payment has been received & cleared.
